Front bumper impact strip bracket installation/removal instructions:
The process of deleting: 1. delete all associated panels and components. Important: do not remove any material in turn frames after you remove the parenthesis of the bumper. 2. remove the damaged bumper bracket.
The installation procedure: important: Drill 2 holes on each side of the Rails. 1. place the template, as shown. Whether two 15 mm drill holes (9/16) on each side of the rail frames in the locations indicated in the template. 2. application of an anti-rust primer to bare metal surfaces. 3. Insert Sleeve (1) at the end of the rail, as shown. Adjusting sleeve holes drilled in the previous step. Important: the plate bolts you must insert the Middle turn towards the inner side. 4. install the replacement of the delivered bumper bracket bolt plate (1). 5. Hand tighten the fasteners. 6. install all related panels and components. 7. Adjust the front bumper Assembly. Notice: refer to notice to fastener in the warnings and notices. Download
