Installation instructions for the Mount Guard/winch grille:
1. temporarily install the bottom bracket on the passenger side frame using PIN 5 "x 7/16" and lock washer 7/16 "nut and the kit. Bracket uses the same bore long screw with a loop of the tow. Repeat for the driver on the side of the frame. 2. location of rear hole on each frame and center punch in each hole if possible. Make sure that the bracket is pressed against a frame before placement. 3. Remove the brackets below the frame. 4. drill a hole through the bottom ½ "every frame. Wear eye and careful when drilling holes. 5. install the brackets, frame extension to pull the loop holes in the bumper and move them to the vehicle's frame, as shown in Figure 3. Install 1/2 "x 1 1/2" bolt hole in the rear of each bracket lower. Use ½ "flat-washer and ½" lock Washer screw from each. (See Figure 1). 8. install the screw x 2 "½" in the central hole the lower bracket. Use the round spacer black, oversized flat Washer and lock washer. Note: You must put in a large hole in the bottom of the frame rests against a brace frame within a frame. An oversized Washer will hold it in place after you install the pad attachment bolts and lock.
