Windshield installation/removal instructions:
The process of deleting: 1. delete all associated panels and components. 2. restore as much damage as possible to factory specifications. 3. Note the location and remove the following demands: sealers • sound deadeners • anti-corrosion materials are important: perform the sectioning under windshield 30? mm (1-3/16? inches) above the third hole trim Assembly. Important: careful not to damage the inner panels or strengthening. 4. Cut a pillar at the places where the sectioning to be executed. 5. Locate and drill out all the factories of welds. Note the number and location of weld installation portion of the service. 6. remove the damaged section of the Windshield pillar.
The installation procedure: 1. Cut a pillar replacement in suitable locations to match the rest of the original Panel. Cut shreds joint should be trimmed to a break of one and a half hours of metal thickness in removing common. 2. creation of 50? mm (2 inches) backing plate of the unused portion of the service. Trim for infusion poles so fit for removing common. 3. Perform additional procedures for removing as necessary. Refer to the Centre pillar of sectioning; Front lower pillar sectioning; Rear, Lock pillar sectioning; a Rocker sectioning. 4. Drill 8? mm (5/16?) holes to Plug, welding in the original part. Locate these holes around 13? mm (1/2 inches) from the cut edge of the shreds and the gaps between pieces of 40? mm (1-1/2 inches) apart. 5. Drill 8? mm (5/16?-inch) Plug weld openings Panel as necessary in the locations noted on the original Panel, and along the cut sectioning. CAUTION: FLAMMABLE FOAM SEALERS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM ALL POINTS OF THE WELD.
