QuickLIFT installation instructions:
Step 1 – unpacking the system and check the contents of QuickLIFT. * (2) the gas Springs (RT-QLD-200-4A) – move them a few times before. * rivets (8) 3/16 "multi-grip # 1 (used in brackets, hood) * (4) ball Stud-mounting * colors instructions. Step 2-collect the required tool. You should collect the following utilities before you begin Setup: * Power drill * 3/16 "or # 11, indexed drill bits * Fine indelible marker or pen Pen * measure * the strap or ruler -weight masking tape * Hammer and center punch * rivet Rifle capable of rivets 3/16" (most brands can handle this size) Note: only by means of a system-supplied QuickLIFT nits. Step 3 – Mark stretch hood bracket locations. A. leave hood closed. B. using a piece of tape mask and indelible marker, accurately measure your Sweatshirt corner (near the hinges and windshield) and along the line of fender. Wrap the end of the tape measure and place it above the lip corner-weight masking tape to mark hood at 24-1/4. This mark will be used to align stretched the bracket ball-stud in the next step.
