Airaid air intake installation instructions:
1. disconnect the negative battery cable. Remove the engine and shock Tower includes, if so equipped, by simply pulling on them and move out of the vehicle. They again later in step 16. 2. A) Loosen the hose clamps for tube factory. B) disconnect the line and remove the breather tube factory. C) Disconnect sensors flow of air masses and MAP. 3. (A)) delete screw fender factory air box, securing the Assembly. Then pull out the coolant lines from the roof of the air box lid, and gently Rotate the air box Assembly from the front of the vehicle. The air box Assembly is now free and should be removed from the vehicle. 4. be careful not to loose support core factory grommet while removing the air box Assembly. Will be needed in step 13. . 5. Locate the outstanding existing opening in and select the 1/4-20 bolts. Use of NC 1/4-20 tap anti-seize lube or equivalent, and follow the 1/4 turn on the forward 1/2 turn back rule. This ensures that clean threads will be cut into hardened steel. 6. install the card Panel (# 5) Panel of the MAF (# 3) as shown, with four 6-32 screws (# 12), 6-32 KEP nuts and # 6 flat washers (# 14). MAF Panel with two screws 6-32, should be added at the rear panel (# 4).
